challenge time again at Creative Inspirations

wow the weeks are flying by and its already time for another challenge at creative inspirations.

this fortnight we would love to see all your girlie creations and our sponsors over at the Paper Shelter have some gorgeous girlie images which are perfect.

I chose this adorable image but I cropped her as I didn't want the full image. that's one of the great things about using a digi.

i'm not happy with my photography skills again. my papers are a lovely bright lime green but here they look yellow.

I haven't added a sentiment yet, I can't decide what I want on this card. maybe just a simple 'hug' will do. We could all do with a hug sometimes aye.

please join us so we can see your girlie papercrafts. simply add them HERE

happy crafting!

creative inspirations handmade cards challenge

hello,
Its challenge time again over at Creative Inspirations.

we had such a lot of lovely entries last time so i'm hoping you will all join in again.

the theme this fortnight is spring.

the first thing that I think of for spring is always the beautiful daffodils

so of course I had to use this beautiful simple digi.

and because it was such a beautiful sunny spring day I took my card out in the garden to take a photo of it.
It actually felt more like summer here in Essex.

the garden is looking pretty with all the new buds showing, don't you just love this time of year!

Please pop over to the other design team members to see what they have created for spring and then feel free to enter your creations HERE

Natalie has got a lovely prize up for grabs this time so good luck everyone!

Suzanne

good luck everyone

I hope all mum's have a lovely day on sunday.

I'm sorry for all those who longer have their mum, i'm sure she is in your thoughts.

Creative Inspirations, Petals and Pearls Challenge

Rush rush rush.....

Aw sorry guys, I'm so late today with my challenge post...

(slaps self on the wrist)

better late than never though aye?

Our challenge is one of my favorites this fortnight, Petals and Pearls.

check out the amazing cards created by my team mates, they are all so pretty.

I tried to keep my card clean and simple, mainly because I had a new Apple Blossom die set I wanted to play with. Its the Floral Frame set from www.craftstash.co.uk and I love it!

I used a photo of my son and daughter-in-law behind an acetate window. I love this picture of them together.

I cut the die out of the card blank and then put it back over the acetate and add some pearls. Its the perfect anniversary card for them.

I hope you will join us at creative inspirations this fortnight and share your petals and pearls creations.

our sponsor this time is
http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/
and they have put up a generous £10 gift voucher for this fortnights winner.

enter your petals and pearls projects HERE

I look forward to visiting your blogs and leaving some comments.

If you can find the time to leave me a comment to let me know you were here that would be great.
thank you!

hugs for now
Suzanne xx

creative inspirations anything goes.

hi crafty friends,

its challenge day at creative inspirations today and our theme is an all time favorite with everyone, its 'Anything Goes'

our sponsor is bugaboo which is one of my favorite digi sites, I love their cute and images.

I chose these funny little dogs and grouped them together.

his face is makes me smile, cheeky little fellow.

It kinda hurts me too because as some of you already know I lost my beloved dog this week. We are all so heart broken so if I don't get round to leaving comments on your entries this fortnight I hope you will understand why. I just don't feel like doing anything at the moment, not even crafting.

I miss my cuddles.
R.I.P. Tia, you gave us so much love and taught us the meaning of loyalty.

you have left a huge hole in our family and in our hearts.
