Tag Book

hello, im here to show you my tag book today. ive had a lovely day inking and sticking this one.

i'm afraid i cant tell you the name of the papers i've used. they were a huge stack my son bought me from cosco.

i keep using them but the pile doesnt seem to be getting any smaller!

 

all the sentiment stamps are fiskars Memories set.

this isnt my own deign, the tutorial was from this lovely link.

the flowers are Tim Holtz tattered Flower Garland.

this book was so easy to make and fun to decorate.

i don't know how to contact the lady on the youtube link to thank her for sharing her work.

i will definiately be trying out a couple of her other tutorials though.

better go and cook dinner now or hubby will be trading me in!

to my Husband

evening crafters, at last i am back to crafting, my slipped disc has been un-kind to me and stopped me making anything but im a lot better now and just in time to make this anniversary card for my husband.

i still cant believe we have been married for 30 years on the 1st may (im not old enough)!

for his card i have used a cute teddybo image. i do love teddybo digi stamps.

i've coloured the image using copics and hand stitched the edge.

the border die is my favorite at the moment and is from oysterstamps, its a memorybox die.

the papers are complete boy from craftsuperstore.

sentiment is done on the computer using a free font download from dafont.

i am entering this card into the challenge at teddybo, its the first time i have joined in with one of their challenges so wish me luck! lol

Hello, i hope you are all having a nice easter break.

i've spent my time card making....well, is there anything else?

todays card is for my cousins husband Rudy and will be on its way to america in the morning.

Rudy came to stay with us and enjoyed his day out in london so hopefully this card will bring back some nice memories.

i've used stamped images kindly given me to me by Hyper Ni, (thanks Ni, i couldnt have done it without you)

I added the clouds and used distress ink.

also used triple embossing to add the gloss to the taxi and phonebox.

backing papers are Complete Boy which i cut up to make the Union Jack.

im am going to enter this card into the challenge at Craftyboots

April

April already... where does the time go? i must admit i feel like life is passing me by but i wont go into that.
lets talk craft, its a bit more cheerful.

today i have my April calendar page.

i've used a digi from justinklined and coloured it with promarkers.

cordinations card stock, i really must learn how to make better use of this lovely card.

the patterned card is from oysterstamps.

letter were cut from my GoKreate alphabet set.

i've already posted this page to pat now but looking at the picture im a bit worried thats its too plain. hmmm i think i better try harder with May. lol

well i suppose i better do something exciting now....empty the washing machine! yes, im afraid that really is the limit of my excitment at the moment! lol

calendar pages

oh im sooo behind with my bloggin!
i thought i'd start the catch up with the calendar pages ive made for my good friend papercraftpat.

so here is February. i got this gorgeous panny black stamp at a bargain price from ebay and the lovely ribbon was a gift from pat (only fair i give it back to her then aye)

the backing papers were from a huge case full my son bought me from costco. they are double sided and all lovely. (thanks Billy, mummy loves you)!

although i should take some of the credit for teaching my son how to be such a good shopper!

another page now. im sorry to cram them in to one post but i am trying to catch up and have lots of projects to add.

so this is March...

i've used cosmo cricket papers this time. the colours dont show up too well and look much nicer in the flesh.

the stamp is from liliofthevalley.

the letters are cut from GoCreate die set.
