oh my word, its nearly December and I haven't got any Christmas cards ready.
I really must get a move on. i think i'll put some Christmas music on and see if that helps.

here is my new stamp for this years cards

I do like these warm colours for Christmas.
the stamp is stampendous snow bird and I just love it!

I used spellbinders grand label4 for the base. cut on my ebosser which I have really got the hang of now and wouldn't be without it.

also used on this card are Martha Stewart branch punch. impression obsession branch die and heartfelt creations holly stamps and die sets.
distress ink in gathered twigs and snow writer with a little bit of white glitter sprinkled over it.

here is another view

I hope you like this stamp as I will be back with more cards using it very soon.

thank you card with filigree delight

hello,

i'm back from a really lovely weeks away, relaxing in the Norfolk countryside. I found us a beautiful barn to stay in and we all celebrated hubby's 50th birthday together.
It really was so perfect!
we didn't hear any fireworks either so our Tia was a happy girl too.

the barn was amazing and one morning we laid in bed watching a barn owl hunting not 10 feet away from us. hubby said its the most comfortable birdwatching he has ever done. lol

the bedroom window was huge and I could have stayed in the bed admiring the view all day! lol

check out hubby's blog for photos of the birds we saw here

but enough of that... lets get back to crafting and here is todays card...

well I've done it again grrrrrr!
can anyone tell me how to flip this photo the right way up?

seriously, I think I should give up blogging i'm rubbish at it!
this picture is the right way up in my saved folder but after 5 attempts at loading here I've had to give up.

I've used filigree delight die
floral ovals, both spellbinders.
impression obsession hearts die
and justrite grand sentiments stamp set.

thanks for stopping by and a huge thanks to my boys and their other halves for making last week so special.
(Michael & Lucy. Billy & Gemma, we love you all) x x
